Skills, Training, Education&Employment Program Services



All Faith’s STEPS-to-Work program is what sets it apart from other social service organizations.

STEPS (Skills-Training-Education/ Employment-Program-Services) provides All Faith’s clients with the necessary tools to get them trained and into the workforce.  All Faith’s STEPS program is a 3-month to 2-year program aimed at making sure that clients have the education, training and skills necessary to get them gainfully employed.



Skill building is a priority in All Faith’s STEPS-to-Work program.  All Faith builds skills in three key areas. 

  • Budgeting
  • Dressing for Success
  • Personal Development


Training is crucial to get clients employed long-term.  All Faith has three key areas in which we train our clients directly with on the job experience.  Listed are a few items in the three key areas.

Training in our food department to obtain a food handlers or serve safe certificate, qualifying them for the food service industry.  Training in our inner and outer offices includes hands on experience with people, office equipment and teamwork with co-workers.  Our retail outlets allow training in people skills, working with the public, merchandising and handling a cash register and monies.


Education/Employment --   Some clients lack the basic education necessary to get and hold a job.  Many do not have their high school diploma and some are at risk because of language barriers.   

All Faith provides the opportunity, guidance and support to these clients to obtain the basic education needed to be successful in the workforce.  Key elements provided are an assessment of educational needs, GED classes, English as second language and computer Lab.    Employment assistance provided includes helping the client set Career Goals.  Learn to prepare and maintain their resume.

Doing mock interviews with partnering business and their human resource departments.

Finally, assistance with job search and placement.


Program  partnerships are very important to  All Faith.  These partnerships help provide additional resources.  Clients are often referred to other agencies to receive assistance in areas of child care, transportation and financial assistance allowing them a wider support group ensuring a greater chance of success.


Services provided by All Faith are free.  A desire to help your self is all it takes to become a part of the program.  Additional services given while participating in the S.T.E.P.S. program are weekly food boxes, clothing and household needs for the family and work attire for job search and interviews.


All Faith continues to enhance and Expand its S.T.E.P.S to work programs.
